After analyzing the different age groups, we could identify many benefits of having workforce with different age limits. Any business could identify benefits of the same and should utilize to enhance its productivity.

Employers are required higher level of awareness of the benefits and challenges of a multi-generational workforce. As a start, employers are required to take time to understand the different career motivators and aspirations of the various generations.

    If the organization is to continue to grow and be successful, it needs a bench of up-and-coming talent who will be the leaders or key players of its future. Organizations that have no new talent will soon become stale and uncompetitive. Having a range of generations provides a melting pot of potential in the workplace

I believe collecting feed back is also important not everyone is comfortable giving unsolicited opinions, so you need ways to encourage honest feedback that reveals the pulse of your multigenerational workforce. You should offer these opportunities through surveys, performance appraisals, and one-on-ones, or other creative methods.
    As you learn how engaged people feel and how they are performing, you can discover what you need to improve to manage a multigenerational workforce better.
